The Westbank Ques Foundation is committed to strengthening our community through education, mentorship, scholarships, and service. Your involvement supports Project Manhood and our scholarship programs, making a difference in the lives of many.
The philanthropic arm of the Gamma Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. funding scholarships, mentoring young men, and investing in the Greater New Orleans community for over twenty years.
Community Bridge Builders in Action
The Westbank Ques Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, has continuously provided community outreach programs for over twenty years to broaden the socio-economic impact on our community guided by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.’s Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.

Annual Scholarship
Promoting academic excellence and providing financial assistance to deserving students from underserved communities.
Project Manhood
Mentoring boy's grades 7 through 11 who lack positive male role models, guiding them toward becoming productive men.
Back to School Haircuts
Free haircuts and school-year confidence for local kids, in partnership with Ground Zero Barbershop.
Community Bridge Builders Golf Tournament
Every dollar raised on the course funds our programs throughout the year — from scholarships to mentoring to free haircuts. It’s the single biggest reason we’re able to keep expanding our impact.

80+ Kids Get a Fresh Start for school
Our Free Back to School Haircuts event served over 80 young men this year, in partnership with Ground Zero Barbershop.
7 Scholarship Recipients Announced
We expanded our scholarship awards from three to seven, thanks to the success of this year’s Golf Tournament.

Gamma Rho brothers partnered with Rebuilding Together New Orleans to serve artist Charles Gillam on Juneteenth.
