The Night in Review

A Community That Showed Up

This year’s Night Out Against Crime was a resounding success. Neighbors of every age filled the Westbank Ques Foundation Building for an evening built around a simple idea: safer communities start with neighbors who know one another, and with the law enforcement, civic leaders, and service organizations who stand beside them.

With more than 125 guests, it was the largest Night Out Against Crime the Foundation has ever hosted and everyone enjoyed themselves. As a Social Action program of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., events like this put our commitment to Uplift into practice in the community we call home.

From the City of Gretna

“This organization does so much for the city of Gretna and so many people across the Westbank and the region. I truly respect everything you do, but more importantly, I appreciate the relationship. I appreciate the relationship with law enforcement, this organization, the leadership of the city. We’re always here. We’re always here to support you. They know all they need to do is reach out to us.”

Fun for the Whole Family

Smiles All Around

The kids had a blast. Young guests jumped in the bounce house, played video games in the mobile video game center, and climbed aboard a real fire engine while parents and neighbors connected with one another and with the partners who joined us.
