Guiding Boys Into Purposeful Manhood
Project Manhood provides mentors and life-building activities for boys between the grades of 7 through 11. Through consistent, caring guidance from the brothers of Gamma Rho Chapter, the program works to instill the values of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift in the next generation.
Mentees meet regularly with Omega men who model accountability, discipline, and community involvement helping guide young men toward becoming productive, principled young men who give back to their own communities in turn.

Project Manhood is a prominent youth mentorship and leadership development initiative operated on the West Bank by the Gamma Rho Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. through the Westbank Ques Foundation. The program is dedicated to shaping young male students (typically 7th through 11th grades) into community leaders through structured mentorship, educational support, and civic service.
Through the Core Pillars: Leadership, mentorship, scholarship, and service. We participating is activities such as goal-setting sessions, team-building events (such as bowling and group outings), community service, and college/career readiness.
Project Manhood is funded through the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and the Community Bridge Builders Golf Tournament.
